Introductions so we get to know each other
I briefly talk through the plan for the course and resources available in the members hub
We talk about the intentions we want to set for our Instagram account and usage- I will guide you to set SMART goals for this (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Timed)
I introduce how we can use cyclical living- being in alignment with the Moon’s cycles to bring more balance and calm into our lives – one half of the Month (or Moonth!) is for ‘YANG’ energy activities and the other is for ‘YIN’ energy – there is a video and Trello resource to support using this in the members area
We talk about what we want to let go of with this waning Moon and what intentions we want to set with the New Moon in Aquarius
I will talk through how to be intentional around the grid – what content you post and why you post it

Regroup on first week – how did it go with the intentions you set?
I’ll discuss the current moon phase- a great time for starting new projects / setting intentions
Learning to recognise the patriarchal ‘bro-marketing’ system as a system we don’t have to subscribe to any more based on competition and manipulation
Talk about our values and how connecting with them enables us to step away from comparison and be fully authentic online

I’ll discuss what the Waxing Moon in Cancer energy we have today means from a content creation and work planning point of view, and the full moon in Libra later this week
We discuss how it’s possible (and OK!) to be inconsistent and use tools in order to have a consistent social media presence so posts go out even when you don’t necessarily feel like being present
We talk all about using video content intentionally- video is such a great tool to really connect with your audience
We also dive more into metrics- how do you measure what really resonates without going crazy checking for likes / comments every 5 minutes

What if I can’t make the live group calls but still want to do it?
All the calls are recorded and made available in the members area to watch back. You will also be able to add comments and questions within each module that I will answer within the members area.
What resources are included?
Various worksheet PDFs and resources are shared each week. These along with the group call recordings are all saved in the members-only area so you can access any time. You will also receive the content each week via email. I don’t want to add any more digital overwhelm to your life, so you can chose the way to access the content that works best for you.
Is there support available after the course finishes?
Is this only for business-owners?
Absolutely not! I’ve designed this course for anyone who find themselves using Instagram for a certain purpose- whether it’s to build up a following for a project, because you are a coach or consultant, a mum blogger, yoga instructor…. basically anyone who wants to make an impact online without burning out over it.
