Running your own business really tests you!

I love the freedom and flexibility that is possible when you run your own business, but I also know that it really brings out imposter syndrome and confidence gremlins, and sometimes that can mean we end up working so hard but not seeing tangible results and we question ourselves.

Taking a cyclical approach working with the moon and my cycle gives me a beautiful fluid structure to ensure I’m addressing all the different elements required to grow a business and also ENJOY life without over-giving to the business.

Learning more about Divine Feminine work and how the age of Aquarius we are just about to move into is going to mean BIG changes for the way society is structured and how we work. I’ve worked with some incredible coaches along the way including Mel Wells, Laura Oldfield and Caroline Britton.

I know I am here to pass on this wisdom to more women- 2022 is calling and we are being asked to step up!
